lcl-gtk2-1.2.4 software package provides Lazarus Components Library - GTK+ backend, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lcl-gtk2-1.2.4
lcl-gtk2-1.2.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lcl-gtk2-1.2.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lcl-gtk2-1.2.4 *
